Choose how to add money
- MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money from your own number, in the app. See Top up with Mobile Money.
- From your number on the other network, for example MTN money into an Airtel wallet. See Top up from another network.
- Cash at a PayWay retailer. See Top up at a retailer.
- Bank transfer. Contact customer care at customercare@payway.ug for the account details and the reference to use.
Before you top up, verify your ID: a new wallet cannot receive money yet. See Verify your identity.
