At a PayWay retailer
- Tell the retailer your PayWay wallet number (your phone number).
- The retailer checks your name with you. Make sure it is yours before you pay.
- Hand over the cash. The retailer tops up your wallet and gives you a receipt.
- You get a notification and an SMS as soon as the money arrives.
By bank transfer
Contact customer care at customercare@payway.ug for the account details and the reference to use, so the money reaches your wallet.
