Before you start
- Your wallet balance must be zero. Spend, send or cash out what is left.
- No transaction can be pending.
- If you have a virtual card, withdraw its money to your wallet and delete it first.
Delete the account
- Open Account and tap Delete Account.
- Tell us why you are leaving (optional).
- Enter the code we send by SMS and tap CONFIRM DELETION.
You have 7 days to change your mind: log in and tap Cancel Deletion. You can also ask us to delete your account at customercare@payway.ug.
What happens to your data
After deletion you can no longer log in. By law we keep your transaction records for at least 10 years; everything else is removed.
