Here’s the simple play-by-play:

• Step 1: First, give the retailer your PayWay wallet number (we recommend memorizing it—just in case you want to feel like a secret agent).
• Step 2: The retailer will double-check your account information (like your surname and given name) and ask you to confirm it. This is to ensure you don’t accidentally fund someone else’s dreams.
• Step 3: If all’s good, hand over the cash for your top-up.
• Step 4: The retailer will then work their magic, topping up your wallet.
• Step 5: If the payment goes through, the retailer will hand you a receipt with all the payment details.

And voilà! You’ll soon receive a confirmation SMS sent straight to the phone number linked to your wallet. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the feeling of a topped-up wallet!
