Ready to top up your wallet? Here’s how:
1. Start by tapping on the bright yellow Top-Up icon at the top of your Home screen. Can’t miss it!
2. Next, select MTN Mobile Money from the list. You’ll be topping up like a pro in no time.
3. Now, enter the MTN phone number you’re topping up from, along with the amount to withdraw. Double-check those digits—every UGX counts! Then, tap Next.
4. You’ll see the name associated with the number you entered. Make sure it’s correct, then tap Confirm to move forward.
5. Review the details one last time: the number, the amount, and the customer’s name. Looks good? Tap Top Up to proceed.
6. Now, authenticate the transaction with your PIN or fingerprint. Security first, right?
7. You’ll receive a message on your phone from MTN Mobile Money, confirming that Agent African Vending Systems, AVS Limited is processing the withdrawal. Just enter your PIN to approve the transaction, and voilà—your PayWay wallet is topped up!
8. Finally, you’ll see a confirmation screen with a success message. Take a moment to celebrate the topped-up balance, then tap Home to return or choose Print Receipt if you’d like a paper record of this victorious top-up.
