On your smartphone:
- Dial *185# to access the Airtel Money menu.
- Select 3 for “Withdraw cash” and tap Send.
- Enter the amount you want to top up and tap Send.
- Confirm the transaction by entering your Airtel PIN. Shortly, you'll receive an SMS with a secret code.
Back in the PayWay App:
1. Tap on the Top-Up icon on the Home screen.
2. Choose Airtel Mobile Money
3. Enter the Airtel phone number, the amount, and the OTP (secret code from SMS) all on the same screen, then tap Next
4. You’ll see the validation result. Tap Confirm
5. Review the transaction details and tap Confirm to proceed
